Kora requires a deposit before meeting clients, a crucial step to validate each booking’s legitimacy. Deposits can be made through bank transfer, international wire transfer or cash deposit at the nearest bank, with a commitment to maintaining professionalism and discretion to safeguard privacy. A copy of the transaction receipt is necessary for booking confirmation, and bookings proceed only after the deposit clears. It’s essential to note that deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent Kora from fulfilling the booking.

Exclusive experiences, including ‘Fly Me To You’, overnights, or extended longer bookings, necessitate a 50% deposit, underlining the commitment to securing and enhancing premium engagements.

Bank Transfer: Send your deposit or full payment securely through online bank transfers. Please SMS your enquiry to specify your preferred payment method.

Cash Deposit: Opt for a hassle-free and discrete cash deposit at Kora’s local bank.

Secure Payment Options

Cash: Please have the remaining balance from the deposit in cash upon arrival, presented in an unsealed envelope or preferably a card for quickness and ease.

Online Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit: Facilitate your payment through these secure options. Ensure the payment clears before confirming your booking, and promptly provide a copy of the transaction receipt to complete the process. Your cooperation in this matter is sincerely appreciated for a seamless confirmation of your reservation.

Credit Card EFTPOS Machine: Regrettably, this option is unavailable due to security concerns related to scammers and credit card fraud. Cash, bank Transfer, or international wire transfers are the only accepted methods of payment.

International Deposit and Payment Options Overseas

International Wire Transfers: International clients overseas are kindly requested to pay a 50% deposit through an international wire transfer. Rest assured, detailed bank information will be promptly provided to facilitate this transaction. 

Donations In the United States: Kora accepts only gift contributions, explicitly excluding remunerative services or transactions. Any subsequent actions are at the discretion of consenting individuals and are neither contracted for nor compensated. Monetary contributions to Kora constitute voluntary gifts, not transactions or services. By seeing Kora and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions

Travel & Flight Costs

In circumstances requiring Kora’s travel, flight expenses will be tailored to each location, guided by online quoted prices with potential fluctuations. Additional considerations include Uber fees for airport transportation, contingent on city rates. Importantly, for overnight stays, ‘Fly Me To You’, or extended bookings, if Kora is responsible for securing the hotel due to any inability on your part, an extra hotel fee will be incurred. This fee is calculated based on the current prices in each city.

Rates & International Currency Information
